Pawrenthood is a Singapore pet-life guide. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, create an account, subscribe to our emails, save places or preferences, or use Ask Pawrenthood.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your email address, display name, and sign-in method.
- Pet and preference information: pet names, species, breeds, saved places, newsletter preferences, and other details you choose to add.
- Ask content: your questions, conversation history, saved memories, and the responses shown to you.
- Communications: messages you send to us and, when you subscribe, your email address, optional first name, pet preference, and subscription status.
Information collected when you use Pawrenthood
- Technical information: browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps, and similar service logs.
- Security information: session identifiers, IP-derived anti-abuse records, and signals used by Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic.
- Usage information: production-site visits, selected interactions, account-linked member activity, and page performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals measured through Google Analytics and PostHog.
- Ask quality information: the questions you submit, prior conversation context used by the model, and accepted response content, including the responses shown to you, together with response timing, model and tool names, token counts, retrieval type, and success or error status. This information may be sent to PostHog to monitor reliability, investigate failures, and improve Ask.
3. How we use information
We use personal data where reasonably necessary to:
- authenticate users and maintain Pawrenthood accounts;
- provide Ask conversations, saved places, pet profiles, and personalised context;
- send requested newsletters, sign-in links, service messages, and support replies;
- protect Pawrenthood, enforce usage controls, and prevent abuse or fraud;
- understand and improve how the service is used; and
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it took effect and may mean we can no longer provide a related feature.
5. Google sign-in data
If you choose Continue with Google, Pawrenthood requests only the standardopenid, email, and profile permissions. We use the resulting basic profile information and Google account identifier to authenticate you and create or update your Pawrenthood account.
We do not ask for access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or files in other Google products. A temporary Google access token is used to retrieve the basic profile during sign-in and is not stored by Pawrenthood after that process completes.
7. Overseas processing
Some providers and systems may process or store information outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements intended to give it protection comparable to applicable Singapore requirements.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including operating the service, resolving disputes, maintaining security, and meeting legal or legitimate business requirements.
PostHog currently retains large AI content fields in Ask diagnostics for up to 30 days. Trimmed event metadata, such as model, token, latency, and trace identifiers, may remain longer under applicable provider or project retention. Signed-in Ask history remains in your Pawrenthood account until it is deleted or no longer needed under this policy.
Current sign-in sessions normally last up to 30 days. Temporary Google sign-in checks normally expire within 10 minutes, email sign-in links within 15 minutes, and anonymous Ask anti-abuse claims after about 30 days. Account content may remain while your account is active or until it is deleted or no longer needed. Backup and security records may take additional time to cycle out.
9. Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. You may also contact us to access, correct, or delete personal data, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been used or disclosed. Email hello@pawrenthood.sgfrom the address connected to your account so we can verify the request.
Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity verification, and any lawful exceptions. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or to document the request.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, hashed session credentials, limited retention, and managed infrastructure. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, misused, or accessed without authorisation.
11. Children
Pawrenthood is intended for people able to use the service lawfully. If you cannot validly consent to the handling of your personal data, a parent or guardian should act for you. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Pawrenthood, our providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Material changes may also be highlighted through the service or by another reasonable method.
