1. Your agreement

These Terms of Use apply when you visit or use Pawrenthood. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to enter into this agreement lawfully. If you cannot, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you.

2. What Pawrenthood provides

Pawrenthood provides editorial guides, place listings, newsletters, account features, and AI-assisted Ask responses about pet life in Singapore. Features, content, access levels, and availability may vary and may change over time.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your account access secure. Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for activity carried out through it unless you promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.

We may require you to verify your email, use a supported sign-in method, or complete security checks before providing access to an account or feature.

4. Limits and fair use

Access may be subject to usage limits, fair-use controls, eligibility rules, technical constraints, and other requirements set by Pawrenthood. We may change, restrict, suspend, or withdraw any feature, benefit, or access level at any time, with or without notice where lawful.

You must not create multiple accounts, manipulate identifiers, automate requests, or take other steps to evade limits, security controls, or access requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Pawrenthood to:

• break the law, infringe rights, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• submit malicious, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material;
• probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the service or its security;
• scrape, copy, or extract the service at scale without our written permission;
• use automated systems in a way that imposes unreasonable load or defeats access controls; or
• help another person do any of the above.

6. Editorial guides and place listings

We try to keep Pawrenthood accurate, but places, prices, hours, policies, regulations, availability, and other details can change. Content may also contain mistakes or omit information relevant to you.

8. AI-assisted Ask responses

Ask responses are generated with automated systems using Pawrenthood content and other supplied context. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Automated output is not a statement of fact or a professional opinion.

Review the cited material and independently verify information where the consequences matter. You remain responsible for how you use an Ask response and for decisions made from it.

9. Commercial content

Pawrenthood may publish sponsored content, partner content, affiliate links, paid placements, or other commercial material. We may receive money, products, services, or another benefit in connection with that material. Commercial relationships will be identified where required, but their presence does not create a guarantee or warranty.

11. Content and intellectual property

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, or create a competing dataset or service from Pawrenthood content without permission.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow Pawrenthood to use them without restriction or payment, while you retain any rights you already have in your original material.

12. Availability and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or Pawrenthood, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
